A successful Teacher Performer will have a passion for education and for creating warm, interactive, and engaging lessons for young children. Teacher Performers must hold a college degree or be currently enrolled in post-secondary education. Musical and/or theater performance experience is required. Early childhood education experience is preferred. Teacher Performers must also be comfortable with PowerPoint, Zoom, and other common software tools.

Interested Teacher Performer applicants must be residents of the US. WF is not accepting applications from residents of California or New York at this time.

Teacher Performers can expect to work Friday and Saturday evenings from 8 PM to 11:30 PM EST and some weekday mornings from 5 AM to 9 AM EST.

A Teacher Performer must have a steady and reliable internet connection, ping < 100, upload speed > 4 mbps, download speed > 8 mbps, a 720p or higher webcam, a green or blue screen background, a standing desk or similar setup, a headset, and sufficient front-facing lighting (generally 2-3 ring lights).
