Play Along!
Designed for children aged 0-3, this developmental program recreates a native language acquisition environment in the home. Question and Answer Cards
Children are exposed to a variety of questions and answers as they play with the various cards. As they play, they reinforce and expand the language and structures of DWE.
Let’s Play
These DVDs contain activities that allow children to practice and expand upon what they have learned in Step by Step. The DVDs feature action songs, arts and craft projects, and games to play with family and friends. The Playset contains the items children need to do the activities.
Fun and Adventures
Children answer questions and play games as they practice the language learned in DWE. The OID-enhanced activity cards and books encourage children to have fun as they explore the many activities.
Fun and Games
These OID-enabled books provide more fun activities, ideal for practicing and expanding the language children learn in the DWE Step by Step lessons.
Fun with Words
Act it out! and Draw it! cards, CDs, and OID-enabled books offer a variety of fun, learning games that help children reinforce the key vocabulary of DWE. Mickey and his friends provide motivation to listen and explore more deeply through English.
Books and CDs
Children can follow the stories of DWE by looking at the books, or listen to the stories and songs as they listen.
Step by Step
Through activities such as coloring and playing games, children learn to organize, deepen, and finally internalize English. Children progress step by step, at their own pace through the lessons, developing the necessary skills needed for English proficiency.
Straight-Play
Animatic and live sequences, accompanied by Disney animation, are presented with audio narration and songs to introduce children to the stories of DWE.
Talkalong Cards
These cards encourage children to listen to key vocabulary and language structures of DWE as well as record their own voice and “talk along”. The cards reinforce and recycle the language of DWE, as well as motivate children by providing learner choice.
Sing Along!
While singing the songs of DWE, children learn the vocabulary and structures of English in a natural way. Included are DVDs, CDs, and picture books, all of which encourage children to sing.
